The Staffordshire and Shropshire Provincial Priory

At the Staffordshire show Ground on the 9th of June 2025 the Provincial Priory of Staffordshire and Shropshire held their annual meeting.

The Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. David F. Phillips welcome the three Knights from Kent namely V.E.Kt. Dennis Dean Provincial Vice-Chancellor, E.Kt. Norman Playford P.Gt. Banner Bearer and local lad E.Kt. Stephen Hyland Provincial Deputy Marshal, visiting for the first time.

E.Kt. Hyland was impressed with the differences that the knights conducted in their Provincial Priory proceedings included honoring past Provincial Prior’s names and banners and parading in Provincial Chaplain with the Alter candle sticks and the Alter cross also items from the Sepulture.

The meeting was well finished off with a excellent festive board.
